On my task page i have 44 wu's running.Sent on the 9th april,but not running on
my computer.This happend before with a single wu so i posted a thread and was
told it's called a ghost wu.Can this happen with so many wu's or is there something else wrong?

Yes, this can happen with dozens of workunits, and it happens more frequently when SETI@Home's internet connection is maxed out for extended periods of time.

Since Seti has the "resend lost tasks" option on, you'll get the task sent when BOINC on your computer makes contact with the server and they can compare notes.
