They both exemplify a nuanced understanding of a global united existence.
Except when one cuts through all the quasi-mystical hype JFK didn't really accomplish anything. This requires not fantasizing about what he might have done if he had lived. The closest thing to an accomplishment was setting a national goal for NASA which was established by Eisenhower.
That said it is difficult to see how the two cannot be compared.
I am quite in favor of governments that don't go around changing things for the sake of changing them. Even fully implemented it does nothing specific to decrease the total cost of medical care no to improve its quality.

I happen to resent the association of Obama with the memory of JFK.
Kitties make wonderful traveling companions on your journey through life.
Have made a few friends in this life.
Most were cats.

According to some leading us congressmen 50% of americans are fascists. (again not my word but theirs.)
