The dictionary definition of "dispersion" doesn't fully explain how this term applies to the SETI charts or radio astronomy. I went to the "Help" tab but found nothing in the way of a SETI glossary. I believe an online resource of this nature would be helpful to many SETI members. My wish list includes an online glossary written to the level of a first year college student or an introductory college course, e.g., "Radio Astronomy 101". SETI members already informed beyond that level will likely have little or no need for a glossary. A SETI glossary could be started with a few basic terms and expanded over time as resources may allow.

Dispersion isn't on it, though.
