Hey All,

I just downloaded the Seti@home program and I am ready to start using my computer for computing, but the files that Seti@home is trying to download keeping getting suspended. I configured my firewall to allow boinc.exe and boincmgr.exe to connect to the internet. So I would just like to know what other people have their computing preferences set to, just to make sure I'm doing it right. I've got a Toshiba Portege R830, if that helps.

Every Tuesday, SETI@Home goes down for maintenance for several hours. The backlog of work requests, reports and uploads generally clears in a day or so.
