That was my next thought Carlos. A US training field, or maybe the Army acceptance facility, the aircraft were made in Hawthorne. March AFB? added in edit: Kipapa Airfield, Hawaii. |

Always had a fascination with Northrop aircraft, ever since attending Northrop Tech way back in the last century. Just needed to dig a little. OK, need the name of the building and the city or town. |

Way too easy, already got two correct answers in PM. Chris - not Europe, but the flowers in front are from Europe. That's your clue today. |

Is not the back ground building the same one as the one the saucer is on? |

Looking at the houses and other buildings in the foreground I'd say Netherlands (Holland) Bob Smith Member of Seti PIPPS (Pluto is a Planet Protest Society) Somewhere in the (un)known Universe? |

That's it :) "De Inktpot" is -as far as i know- the biggest brick-building in the Netherlands and over 90 years old! Utrecht is a very cool city imo. |

Thank you, I will now have to go away and find a suitable puzzler for you all. This may take some time, but don't despair I'll get there.... Bob Smith Member of Seti PIPPS (Pluto is a Planet Protest Society) Somewhere in the (un)known Universe? |

OK, time for a change in tack. We've had a lot of locations recently, so what about a "Wotizit?" for a change... Simple, "What is it" Full marks for make and model, and as ever "The judge's decision is final" (brown envelopes accepted - just make the cheque out to.....)
