Last week I was staying at a hotel in Northampton, that is next to Billing Aquadrome http://www.billingmarina.co.uk/

Right next to the marina. Now while I don't mind being woken to the dawn chorus, being woken to the sound of ducks and geese is not as pleasant!!

I've never had that happen, but I did wake up with a sheep one time, but I digress.
