Before I pop my cloggs I wanna see a real shuttle first hand. Probably Endeavour in LA is my best bet.

I saw one of the shuttles years ago being piggybacked on the 747 as it was crossing the country from Edwards back to Florida. They were having a stopover at Sheppard AFB.
Long story short. I had just been shopping with my mother and I was looking at her in the passenger seat as I saw the tandum flying into Sheppard. I quickly got the car on the shoulder and we watched it for a minute or so.

So big. It's hard to believe the shuttle worked let alone a 747 could fly with one on its back
