I suspect we will not know until such times when we are able to spread our wings out fully into the universe and start to physically search for evidence. Australia wasn't discovered because it came to us, no, we discovered it because we went to it and it was only 10,000 miles away? Earth is the receiver looking for a stray intelligent extraterrestrial signal. There could be many-many stray signals out there just looking for a receiver if only that receiver could just be in the right place to hear it. ____________ The Kite Fliers -------------------- Kite fliers: An imaginary club of solo members, those who don't yet belong to a formal team so "fly their own kites" - as the saying goes.

cant wait the third season I don't think it the third season starts until June. Glad most of you watched the show. I don't buy everything physicist Michio Kaku, says. Everyday we are finding new things, about this universe. Matter, dark matter, dark flow, black holes, etc. I think the things I mentioned, changes my view about life beyond our solar system.

cant wait the third season We will discover whats out there when, in time, we are able to circumnavigate out galaxy and return to earth within one year. Until we can do this then the best we can hope for, regarding extraterritorial life, is that coming from the ears of seti. Still, had we now the ability to circumnavigate out galaxy in a year it would still take us most probably several hundred years to completely explore the milky way. Which leads me on to have we possibly been visited by aliens in the past? Well, if we have then these aliens were very-very lucky in finding us. For we, then, were not advertising our existence to the rest of the universe such as we are doing today. ____________ The Kite Fliers -------------------- Kite fliers: An imaginary club of solo members, those who don't yet belong to a formal team so "fly their own kites" - as the saying goes.

cant wait the third season We sent people to the moon. That was the end of space exploration for us. We now use probes to venture out there, let's not forget all the telescopes we use. If we can't get someone to mars, without being hurt, then we are a species of dummies. I believe those aliens want no part of us. We want war, we will create it if needed. We rob, kill, etc. I hope when we do find something out there it will have more compassion than ourselves. Aliens could have been here since the beginning of time. They did their thing, and they will not be back. Maybe if they are around, they are from another universe, or another A dimension is a measurement such as length, width, or height. If you talk about the dimensions of an object or place, you are referring to its size and proportions. The universe is about 14 or 15 billion years old. With those kind of #'s et should have phoned home awhile ago.

Mr. Freeman's voice is a true treasure, and adds immensely to the enjoyment of the material presented. A wonderful series.

cant wait the third season Dr Kaku's greatest gift is his ability to convey advanced concepts in such a manner that virtually anyone can understand and enjoy the subject matter. Of course he's not right about everything, he's human, and our understanding of the universe is still very incomplete. That doesn't mean he's not a brilliant physicist. I aspire to be like him; I have a terrible time sufficiently articulating scientific concepts to inquisitive individuals that deserve a good answer to their questions. As for the show, it really is enjoyable. The imagery looks great on my HDTV. I had no idea it was in its third season, I thought it just came out recently. I'll definitely be watching. ____________

oh sweet ! Welcome! Maybe you can get a you tube video of some of the shows.:-) I did not enjoy the first episode. I really enjoyed tonight's show. Is the universe alive? Yes! It is with lot's of unanswered questions. Quantum mechanics, to black holes, and more in between. It's the In Between, that know one understands, for now. All the best, Lynn
