Yes, I am highlighting that your distinction between "Constitutional Republic" and "Democracy" is based on an outmoded idea of what "Democracy" means and an overly restrictive idea of "Republic", and that you do this to claim the USA is not a democracy. If "everyone" obviously means "those with a right to vote", then obviously democracy means "liberal, representative democracy", and the US has that system in place for electing its politicians.

The constitutional republic sets 2 houses of wolves and sheep, against another elected wolf / sheep, with an, (ideally), wolf/sheep judicial weighing all laws established by the 3 against a document which guarantees the sheep inalienable rights ordained by a power above what men may take away, and limits the rights of government to enforce certain powers over the sheep, including, but not limited to, being eaten for dinner.

At least this *particular* constitutional republic.

The common aim of all fascist movements is elimination of ... the existence of large-scale capitalism.

It isn't fascism that you oppose because fascism wouldn't allow a big corporation so no person could become a billionaire in a short period of time.

Perhaps what you oppose is "the fiduciary duty to the shareholder" or capitalism or liberty.

By "homeless children centers" do you mean an orphanage? If so you will have a hard time finding any in California. Manta lists 35, and a quick read says almost all are charity fronts for orphan programs in other countries. I do know of one resident program in California Odd-Fellow Rebekah Children's Home of California. The government of California has ZERO. It is hard to call ZERO mushrooming.
