It's probably a lame request but I want it anyway. Since many of us have multi or Hyper Threaded processors I'd like to see both (or all 3, 4 etc) currently crunching work units in action. And for us geeks with apparently too much desk space.. Mulit monitor support would be a nice way to implement it. Yes, yes I know. Processing the graphics takes away CPU power from the actual work, blah, blah, blah, but couldn't that (hasn't that) been pushed more on the graphics processor in BONIC? |

Since many of us have multi or Hyper Threaded processors I'd like to see both (or all 3, 4 etc) currently crunching work units in action. -------------------------------------------------------------- It is possible to see the progress of the WU's that are processed if you go to the tab "Work" in the GUI. On each WU that is processed you can use the right mouse and select "Show Graphics". Normally you can use this for all WU's that are in process. Greetings from Belgium. |

I believe that the request was for the screen saver. The screen saver picks one at random to display. |

Actually I want to see all currently processing work units on my screen at the same time while in a full screen mode (screensaver). Either by splitting the screen, using multiple monitors or both if theirs more processing WUs than displays. Thanks Thierry Van for the show graphics tip. I did know about that but it hadn't clicked in my head that I could to it simultaneously and have a window for each. It's a work around but will do for now. Off-topic side note: I just got 4 new work units! Whoo-ho schedulers appear to be coming out of their coma. |
