That's the topping, but until you taste it, it's best to have an open mind Angela, it's not like it will kill you...

One of the ingredients is Cocoa of course.

I enjoy tofu in vegetarian stir-fry a couple times each month and Eric makes an excellent vegetarian tempeh braise, but I assure you that the ONLY bean products I will ever want in my chocolate desserts are cacao and maybe a little vanilla bean!!!

Ah hah!!!

"The cake layer of this double-decker creation contains beets, cauliflower, maple syrup, cocoa and flaxseeds. The top layer is tofu."

Vic, I'm pretty sure I am going to have a nightmare tonight and it will be all your fault!!!

Vic, really you should know better than give Angel a nightmare over food ;-)

(I must admit that that concoction is inventive to say the least, but pretending to be a chocolate cake is way over the top - how will I sleep in the office today with the thought of that cake pursuing me?)

By themselves they are, no shame in saying that, My Brother used to cook them, but since 2004 I haven't had any, I think He used garlic butter on them, tasted good and not bitter.
