Hi all,

Quick noob question. I like the seperate window labelled 'setiathome_enhanced_version 6.0.3' that shows the results being processed by my machine. However that fact that it keeps rotating makes me feel sick.

Is there anyway I can see the charts and graphs being produced on a static page?

Go to the project preferences.
Edit them.
Change Graphics preferences to Custom.
Save changes to the web site with the Update preferences button at the bottom of the page.

Next edit the same preferences.
Now change everything with "oscillation" in the description to zero.
Change "Number of stars" to zero, or speed of stars to zero.
Save changes to the web site with the Update preferences button at the bottom of the page.

Next open BOINC Manager->Advanced view->Projects tab->Select Seti->Click Update.
This will make sure BOINC knows about it.

However, seeing that you are doing lots of CUDA work on your GPU(s), it's better that you do not use the screen saver or look at the graphics, as those same GPUs that do those calculations are also used to show those graphics. Doing both at the same time could introduce errors, especially on the lower end Nvidia GPUs.

However, I am unable to find the 'graphic preferences' option.

I went to simple view and clicked on the preferences button, but can't see the graphic option?

It's not in BOINC Manager

Click on the link ("Go to the project preferences") in the Ageless' post.

There you'll find 'Graphics preferences'
