It rained all day, non stop. Also pretty cold temperatures, 16°C. It will stay that way till wednesday they say. I don't mind that weather during the week, then I'm at work anyway but in the weekend it's nice to do something outside, especially with the kids.

We sure could use a few drops out here in the corn patch, Victor. Send it this direction.

Sure, It's a thunderstorm and we even had some hail after I last posted here, thankfully no tornadoes at least. It'll be heading that way after a bit of torturing us out here on its own.

I took a time lapse outside of my Grandparents House from sunrise to sunset and I think it turned out kind of cool. I figured this is related to weather (well kind of) and that I would figure it.

Just a tad bit, there is expected to be some today (7/16) but we will see. I will keep my fingers crossed. :)

Today I have to go out and do some work on the cooler, tried powering it on and the drum wouldn't spin, needs oil most likely, plus a belt after I get some gas for the car and mail a package. All before it gets warm outside today.

Well the swamp cooler bearings have been oiled by Me, I got the maintenance guys to look at the belt and told them it wouldn't start until after I'd oiled the bearings, so the old belt is frayed and stretched they said and they only have a 52" v-belt, they did tighten this old 56" v-belt(it's printed on the belt, at Home Depot it would cost only $5.81 w/sales tax). They said they'll have to go and buy one, when I don't know, My funds are limited right now in any case. So now I can use high speed or low speed with ease.

Today was grey and rainy, temps around 18°C, as usual and it will stay that way till sunday. Then it will be warm and sunny it seems. First seeing, then believing...

Up to 102f today, up to 106F, with a Chance of T-storms, 20% chance of precipitation for Saturday, Sunday is largely the same, except the temp is predicted to be only 102F. So long as the cooler holds out I'll be ok, as I think the belt might be adjusted a bit too tight, changing speed or turning the cooler on or off results in a clunk sound now, that wasn't there before the work was done...

Looking at the weather radar, it looks like I have a thunderstorm moving in from the east. That is unusual as they mostly come from the west.

I was just about to say we are getting thrashed by thunderstorms... But then again, its even a little further east of me yet...

1 capture per minute and the display rate for each image with .03 seconds. I used a free program called "I Spy" to capture them
