Sorry if this is the wrong place ..

I have been away and have returned to a big backlog of uploading and reporting--and no statistics.

This has no error code of 500 (googling for answers) so I do not know if it is my error or what .. but others seem to be connecting
thanks
Geoffrey

If seti@home has to many connections you may get the HTTP error. give it time and it should clear

thanks muchly for the reply.
Alas, it is going on a month now :-(
Looking at my computers in account, it looks a bit as if it has taken an upgrade as a new computer. I am wondering whether disconnecting from the site and rejoining will help--but timid about such a step making it all worse..
thanks again

You appear to have a lot of work onboard now. Have you reset or did it fix itself?

yes, thank you. The updating suddenly started working--but it does not give any statistics, Oddlly, my other computer that had wireless connection problems also suddenly decided to co-operate, but it has no statistics either ... ??
baffled, I am ..
you were dead right about correcting itself, it was just the length of time that was puzzling. As I did not miss out on too many timing out, I guess it may not have been so long; as i was away i am not sure .. but I have three computers on the files, though it is the same one (sort of)--upgraded ...
thank you
