Assigning it to prefer a specific cpu would speed things up as the cached data and code could be used again before being shuffled out for some other task that ran in the interim. ID: 1178209 ·

Testing of CPU infinity have been made in the past and no real improvement in speed was found. In some cases overall performance was degraded. ID: 1178253 ·
