Different 'seti'... This search is based at Berkeley California USA and uses data primarily from the Arecibo radiotelescope in Puerto Rico. There's also some data gathered from the Green Bank Telescope and also other data received from some past 'targeted' searches. There is also the completely separate organisation behind the Allen Telescope Array who also do a seti search amongst other developments and research. They are the ones to have gained some funding to restart their operation. And there is also a lot of funding politics involved that distract away from the science...
