I am not sure where I have set what? But when SETI is running, just uses 50% (1 core) of my dual core PC.. When Milkyway runs, is uses 2 CPU..

Also when they are running together.. Milkyway superseeds SETI and suspends SETI's work and hogs up both CPU

I have checked preferences on website and I can't seem to see why it is doing it..

I want both projects to use 1 CPU each when running together.. or perhaps make SETI work superseed Milkyway's

SETI tasks are all single threaded. Many Milky Way tasks are multi threaded. Multi threaded tasks will use as many CPUs as you have up to some number N processors. Therefore when Milky Way is running, it will use both of your processors.

SETI is only a single threaded process. You need to have enough work from SETI to use both CPUs (2 tasks). To do that, you need to increase your work buffer a bit. Set "Extra work" to large enough so that it is larger than any single SETI task.
