	My great great grandmother saw the Lady as she approached Ellis Island in 1907. She had $20 to her name, 4 children in hand and another to be born soon after her arrival. She made a train ride to Cleveland to meet fellow travelers friends and family to start a new life. Bring those with the spirit to try, don't fault them for their customs or smells or foreign actions or accents. Travelers come here for the same reasons my Great great grandmother did. Many here have forgotten how good we actually have it. We can learn a great deal from those that are new to the Land that we have a precious right here. 	About the only country that really engaged in sending the US prisoners was Cuba. We seemed quite willing to take them at the time. Most of the folks who moved through Ellis Island in the 1880's to 1910 would not be allowed in today. And had that happened then, we'd be a much poorer country today.
