Reprise of the rules.

The winner of the previous round posts a picture and a question about it. Typically "where.

You may not use "tin eye" or similar reverse image look up sites.

Please do not use EXIF data from the image to help. (note to posters, please remove EXIF data). This can include titles and location data.

Please do not allow 24 hours to pass between clues.

Questions deserve an answer (with the exception, of course, of directly asking for the answer).

We will have to figure out how to deal with winners that go AWOL.

Clues may be text or photographic.

Contestants may use text searches to look for images (in particular images.google.com is allowed to be searched via text searches).

There is no rule about having visited a place. If you have visited a place (or not) and instantly recognize where the picture is, go for it.

If you post a picture of a previously entered place that is easily recognizable as that place, you get to pick a different picture.

Please try to choose a picture and question where it is possible someone else will know or be able to research your answer. For example a picture of someone in your family and asking for the name will be just impossible for anyone else to get.

PM The winner.

What no aviation white and orange paint? Kind of rules out the USA.

Is it used for telecommunications or broadcasting?

Another hint:

When I took the picture, I was thinking of this game in particular.

Yes, it is the Eiffel tower in Mini-Europe in Brussels. It is only about 15 feet tall, and I had to work a bit to get the picture without giving it away.

Thanks. Try this. Name the building, and the town where it is located.
