Dear Bekerley there are two problems here:

1) The time it shows it says (UTC), but this is not correct it looks more like Pacific Time.

2) As explained in your credits page: http://boinc.berkeley.edu/credit.php

The RAC is not very meaningful without the expavg_time. We need this time to calculate the RAC decay. Please add expavg_time to the cell phone stats.

PS: I think you should also add expavg_time to your stats (Top Teams, Top Users and Top Hosts).
