My WIN 7 machine will use only three of the four processors, my Linux machine uses all four without issue. I have checked my preferences and cannot find the problem. Any suggestions. My system is as follows; (my linux machine is similar)

Is "On multiprocessors, use at most" set to "100% of the processors" in both your online and local preferences?

Local preferences override those on the web. If you make any changes to your local preferences, you will have to either use local settings for everything or remove the local settings entirely.
