Does updating the project do anything? (go to the projects tab, right click on the project and select "update")
If not, and you don't have any WUs in your queue or ready to report, you can also try resetting the project. (same method as above, just select "reset")
Also keep in mind, the servers have been having issues, so this might pass in time.
