	Not my favorite dictator but at least he went down fighting (maybe) and not hiding in a hole. To my way of thinking he was just another in a long line of north African pirates who love to harrass the western european powers and of course the USA. Even in our infancy the US was finally able to keep the Barbary priates at bay. Heck they were the main reason the USA buit a Navy.
