Topic states my question. I have not been able to find a option for this, is it possible?

Thanks in advance.

...\BOINC\boincmgr.exe /s

I think /s stands for SysTray

When BOINC (Manager) is enabled to start at Windows logon, it starts from the registry, at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\

When you go there, you'll see it already starts with the /a and /s switches, whereby /a stands for autostart at OS start and /s stands for start in system tray.

Other possible switches and their meaning:

But, Windows remembers the last position of the opened BOINC Manager, so it is possible that when you had it opened in full screen when you exited Windows, that a next time you start up, that BOINC Manager will start up maximized.
