It is not on your end, you have completed all your work and we have another server problem.

I got a new iMac computer, and it won't run or recognize BOINC. I'm sure there has been some help on this, but I haven't found any. Thank you.

Hi mcdermott,

Some newbie suggestions from a fellow newbie... :)

You'll find the folks here very helpful, but they need your help, as well. So, here goes...

Posting your question in someone else's thread may go unnoticed, starting a new thread with your own question would be the best way to go.

When posting a computer-related question you'll want to supply some key specifics from your System Profiler...Computer Model, Processor, RAM, OS version and which version of SETI and BOINC you are using...for instance I'm using an iMac 12,2 @ 3.4GHZ 16GB 10.6.8 running BOINC 6.12.35 SETI 6.05...this will go a long way in helping responders have a handle on what may be going on.

Hopefully this is helpful...and a big welcome to the forums!

:)
