Please, in plain english, tell me where I can read about the current problems with the system! I have been scolded before for not reading the proper literature required, before saying anything. Can someone please tell me where I can read about it? Everything I keep reading is back from mid August and we are in the end of September. Thanks for your help.

Explain: "current problems with the system"
What are your problems and what you call "the system"?

In "Number crunching" there are threads like:
