my tasks are done about 26% and now they are suspended without my effort. the status is ' suspended by user' . but i can not change this back to work. what should i do for activating the tasks again?

Check the Activity menu in your BOINC manager. It should have "Run always" or "Run based on preferences" selected.

Go to your Projects tab and click the SETI@home project. If now there is a "Resume" button, click it.

Same procedure for the Tasks tab: if there still is a suspended tasks, click it first and then the "Resume" button.
