This being the seasons for all thing ghoulish, my questions is how many pumpkins did I have in my yard lat year. I know you have a big yard, but one can only use so many pumpkins. Also you don't want more than 2 fruits per plant because, per that picture you posted of one of your carving efforts, you go for quality, not quantity. Wonderful thing, giving to kids that might otherwise feel left out. I happened to be there, because my mom and dad did not feel it was an important holiday, and realistically, it's not.
