I'm wondering, can anyone here tell what brand and model this modded case is? It's supposed to be a full tower and it looks like It's made of sheet metal or steel.

It looks like a Thermaltake.

Well it looks like he modified the case to close off the rear PSU hole and installed a panel with cutouts and screw holes on the internal frame, so it's not off the shelf.

You can always ask them link.

Looks like some kind of old BTX case they cut openings in to mount the extra supplies.

I looked at Enermax and it does share some features, but not all. Of course the mods aren't what I'm looking at, just the case brand and type. It's supposed to be a full tower, BTX is plausible and a bit rare today.

Ok I did get an email back from the source of the 3 psus in a case, He said and I'll quote this(Mind Ya this is with 2 psus(min) and a 120x360x30mm radiator in mind(I have a Coolgate rad, measurements are only approx)):

Ultra m923
We cut and removed the inside lower front 5.25 bays just below the cross bar to make room
for the first PSU and we removed the lower right side PSU mount on the case bottom. Next
we cut in 3 PSU mounts on the left side panel and put a support bracket on the bottom of the
case to give all 3 PSU some additional support on the right side of PSU. Last step was to close
off the old (should say not used) PSU mounting area in the back of the PC.

We are currently contacting the main case manufactures (61 that I know of) and asking them
for their multiple PSU cases so we can put a link to them.

Thanks for asking Victor.

Ultra m923 Mid-Tower ATX Case

Now If I wanted a case that could do 2 psus and a radiator at the same time and cost was no object, I know of two Cases, the Little Devil PC-V8 and the Silverstone TJ11, Although to be fair the PC-V8 can hold 3 Coolgate Rads and 2 psus, at least as long as the Rads and the psus don't conflict with each other and of course both are North of $300.00. I was also recently told of the Xigmatek Elysium Silver CCC-HSA0DS-U02 by Null and Void which with shipping and tax for Me would run $267.13 which I'm currently evaluating.

The Xigmatek Elysium case is also reviewed at Jonnyguru and at Bit-tech, plus a host of other sites that are mentioned over at Xigmatek. Supposedly Xigmatek is going to make an adapter to mount a 120x480 radiator in the drive bays, this seems to be the almost ideal low cost water cooling case from what I've read so far.
