Just started to run SETI@home a few days ago and earlier today I had +60 units done, now when checking at the site it says I got 32 units done. This make me a bit confused. What am I missing here?

Under BOINC you get credit for work done. Tasks will be purged from the database after a canonical result has been found, which will be stored in a separate database. It's impossible to keep a record of all old tasks in the database as then that database would grow too large to be run in a normal fashion.

It happens to everyone. 24 hours after validation the tasks that just validated will be purged from the database. Those with 1,500 tasks showing will most likely have one or more GPUs. Also, those with 1,500 tasks showing will probably not have all of them validated at the same time.

So I guess my question is then; how do I see the total amount of units I have done for SETI@home?

However I am a bit confused about how to navigate to that page. At the top and bottom of each forum thread, there is a line with the absolute path of the thread: Questions and Answers : Windows : Keep track of workunits with links at each intermediate node. Gruß, Gundolf
