but I do not know how to run the client allow_remote_gui_rpc. What do you mean? Why would you want do do that? It's insecure; better set up remote_hosts.cfg. But if you insist on using that command-line option, you'll have to add it to the commandline invoking the client (either in the registry or in the shortcut link in the windows programs/autostart menu).
