Hi,ich bin hir neu und darum meine Frage; Was bringen die Teams ? Und Sollte man einem Team beitreten ?

Was bringen die Teams ?

Sie können Neulingen helfen und bieten (u.a.) eine Plattform für Wettbewerb (Geschmacksache:-).

Und Sollte man einem Team beitreten ?

"Sollte" ist nicht die richtige Frage. Wenn Du Lust dazu hast, mach's. Ich komme seit über zehn Jahren sehr gut ohne Team aus. ;-)
