	I hate to say it but crazy people are crazy. Frequently there is no indication before thy act. There is no place to report it even if there are indications. What to do? Make everyone look at ink blots every couple of years? ____________

Maximum sentence is 21 years in Norway. But - there is a law in addition - that can be, and are used on people seen as particulary dangerous for the society. By this law, they can keep them inside for lifetime. Ive not been able to do anything these two days.. Im totally out. And Im not going in on any discussion about it.. Just saing again, that this is to unbelievable to understand. ____________
