Hi guys just had to find an ear to listen to me, looks like i wont be crunching for a while due to my wife passing away on wednesday. This was totally unexpected she was in fine health but a blood clot got into the heart and did the damage.
So if any lesson can be learned from this please everyone keep getting regular health checks doctors are there to be pestered. So keep safe all of you. George..

Reaading all your messages just made me flood with tears but not sad ones and i am not laughing my head off but they gave me a bit of stability.
