All my AP work is going into the pending pile. Although many have the wingman reported also they still are waiting for the validator. For example..........770825421 What gives?? Boinc....Boinc....Boinc....Boinc.... |

All my AP work is going into the pending pile. Although many have the wingman reported also they still are waiting for the validator. Just checked the server status page.....not that it's real reliable or anything. But all validators are online except one. Only potential problem I see is a million 440 waiting for assimilation. AP validator 3 seems to be the problem The number waiting for validation is growing since 24 hours. With each crime and every kindness we birth our future. |

A couple of weeks ago, Matt mentioned here that they were having problems with the Astropulse science database, and that there were also issues with the validators and assimilators. Apparently these are still not entirely fixed. The continuing problems with bruno probably don't help much, either. I am certain that Matt, Jeff, and Eric are working on all these problems, and will get them fixed as soon as they are able. Until then, around here, patience is still not just a virtue, it is a requirement. (8{) Donald Infernal Optimist / Submariner, retired |

I know this thread is about a week old but has there been any resolution to this problem. Almost all my AP WU's have been validated by a wingman but they just sit in my AP pendings. And I really wish something would happen as my slowest computer seems to get the most APs, the last taking just over 90 hours to complete. I would hate to think this was wasted time. http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/results.php?userid=142985&offset=0&show_names=0&state=0&appid=5 SETI@home classic workunits 4,019 SETI@home classic CPU time 34,348 hours |

The link you have there only works for you btw. However I looked at your machines and most of your AP tasks are in the state of "Completed, waiting for validation". Which mean they have NOT been validated. While they have a 2nd results turned in they will have to be checked by the server to see if they match. With the validators running slow it is just a matter of having to wait. SETI@home classic workunits: 93,865 CPU time: 863,447 hours Join the [url=http://tinyurl.com/8y46zvu]BP6/VP6 User Group[ |

Sorry about the link..... That is correct, both myself and the wingman are waiting Pending Valadation state. It is just that I have been waiting on some of these since the end of June and have not had credit for any AP since then. I will continue to wait, hoping the deadline does not pass and cause some additional strange behavior. Thanks. SETI@home classic workunits 4,019 SETI@home classic CPU time 34,348 hours |

Is it a coincidence that the AP validators were stopped at the same approximate time that Raistmers GPU AP apps were released? Suddenly AP work can be done in a few hours instead of days. We all know that the "credit new" system does not work well when one wu is done in a very short time and the other takes 10 times longer. One gets overpaid or screwed depending on which one is yours. Don't expect AP validators any time soon. The credit system needs to be hacked again before that happens! Boinc....Boinc....Boinc....Boinc.... |

I have so far decided to not do APs until the validator gets up running again, should just have done it yesterday before I got 20 new APs :) |

I was crunching AP but the validator stopped. I have 60+ waiting to validate. And with a estimated crunch time now at 716 hours I also turned off AP. Just one would stop any more downloads of MB for CUDA. I have not had any of my GPU AP work validated yet. Boinc....Boinc....Boinc....Boinc.... |

Well, I'm batting .500 on my NV APs. One valid and one invalid. The invalid was one of my first before I made some adjustments to my Over clocking and the unroll value so I expect to see a couple more of those. :-( PROUD MEMBER OF Team Starfire World BOINC |

I have 27 already validated. Fingers crossed. With each crime and every kindness we birth our future. |

Uh-oh, AP-assimilater 5&6 are down. I hope that's not a bad sign. PROUD MEMBER OF Team Starfire World BOINC |
