The park is at the southern tip of the range. That mountain you said earlier is on the exact same trail, so I'll give it to you. The sign reads "eagle feather trail" when translated literally. That peak shown is Jiigatake. The trail in question (both pics) are part of a series of 300 mountain peaks in the region called "Sanbyakumeizan". This was the other answer I was looking for.
