Been trying for 10 hours to upload a 24kb file, 0% completed.
It shows as uploading but there's a rate of 0KB/s - Is the server down or other tech issue?

There has been a problem with one of SETIs servers. Hopefully it's fixed now but everyone around the world is trying to upload and download right now so it may take some time. Keep an eye on it and if it still hasn't cleared by morning come on back and we will try to help out.
