Uh...my mind says, and it also shows clearly that the objects pass both in front of and behind the tether. This thing is huge. At full length, about 12 miles long. ... Do not underestimate the confusion from not having a recognisable frame of reference... Is that showing objects many kilometres long or shards and threads of just a few millimetres? There's lots of video snippets from the shuttle tether experiments. The damaged tether spread a lot of fine debris in the shuttle cargo bay that also spread onto the camera lens. In the weightless airlessness of space, a few minuscule out of focus fragments at the camera lens can look like anything you wish for, and at any size you can dream up. Sorry, there's nothing but out of focus dust and dreams in your example. Keep searchin', Martin ____________ Mandriva Linux A user friendly OS! BTW I spent an hour looking at information from NASA on the experiment and nothing was mentioned about UFO's or anything else. AND if that was the tether and satelite, which I doubt. those UFO's would have been huge considering that satelite was over 90 miles away. I'll stick with the bad microscope slide theory before I believe the thin tether was so thick as to obscure seeing the actual satelite attached to it. | |

I will have to agree with you now that I watched it a few more times. Though I cannot say I have ever seen a tether or a space tether much less one that was deployed before. ____________ "By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God's command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible".
