I have a question why the program SETI@home MapView I see no signal and nothing at all???

FYI, This was never SETI project software - it's freeware from a German author. I answered a similar question over in NC recently - bottom line, Mapview stopped running for everyone early this year, rumored date problem. Last updated 2006 - not just Mapview, but all of that author's software on his English language download page. Asked why link was still on BOINC website (confirmed before I posted)- went there the next day to report it as a site problem, link was already gone.
