is there a problem with uploads havent been able to upload for 3 days now got like 60 completed units when i update it says not reporting work and when i retry the upload is backs my work pff my stats have droped allmost 100 in the last 3 days Yes, we have been having problems with work generation and results storage for several days. They just got a temporary fix in place today (Saturday morning PDT). With all the folks trying to upload and report huge amounts of work all at once, the upload and scheduling servers were getting slammed. Things have calmed down a bit, and uploads, downloads, and reports are going through on the first try for most of us. Donald Infernal Optimist / Submariner, retired |

If you look at the cricket graphs you will see that the servers are communicating flat out, which leads to instantaneous connectivity problems. If you try to connect to a server that is at the very moment fully committed it may appear to be out of service. The next guy in the queue may get straight in. Just sit tight and wait, it takes S@H a few days to get over the sort of outage its just been through as all the crunchers round the world are trying to submit their own mountain of completed work and get new work to refill their depleted caches. Hello Douglas, I dunno I am rite or not, as you can see i got serveral computers that running seti@home, i am not experiencing some WUs can be uploaded but some are not. I think the new server is for temp use, needed the main server to back on for full functions! |

I'm getting work now. But Ohh so slowly. It will download at about .10k then stop for a while then start again. Is it manly due to so many people trying to get work? |

In a word, yes. The servers are trying to squeeze in as many as they can but it's like overloading a truck. It can't pull the load as fast as it should and some of the load falls off now and then and the driver has to stop and pick up what fell off. PROUD MEMBER OF Team Starfire World BOINC |

Let them rest for a little longer plz. it cannot handle everyone connecting to it at once! |

Upload is indeed not working, normally I'll have my work sent right away Working now. I think it's just come back up, later than the rest of the project. |

They were probably moved depending on which forum you put them in or their relevancy to the topic of the thread. |
