I have a problem installing Boinc on my computer.It always shows"BOINC manager Cannot start properly.Restart your computer and try again."(Translated from chinese).I need some help about that problem.
CPU E7500
RAM 4GB(3GB available)
OS Windows 7 Ultimate(Lenovo OEM version)
How can I solve the problem?I've alreaday re-installed BOINC for 5 or more times and restarted computer uncountable times!

What directories and options did you choose on this screen of the installer?:



(Data directory must be writable, the default is writable if you didn't change it)

Try to disable for a moment your Antivirus and Firewall to see what happens.

It's not a problem on firewall/antivirus software nor writing an unwritleable directory.It just cannot add the user to the Boinc security group.May be a problem with Domain Controller.
