I believe this to be the usual confusion between SETI@home and the SETI Institute. Journalists are simply unable to grasp the difference. Similar to there, their and they're being pronounced the same. They are not the same place, hence they're. also note the domain in the link: Berkeley itself. They above all should not be making this kind of error. |
