Looks like a church of some sort.
Very modernistic design, but that looks like a Christian Cross on top.

Yes, that's exactly right, the cathedral of the capital of the country with the most catholics (not sure it's a good thing lol). It is a very cool building though, as are most from the architect who designed it.

Well now, here we go again.
Everyone it seems has seen this place in person,
or they have seen it in a book or movie.
I think it will go in either an hour,
or it will take a long time.

Please name it, and the location.

Hint:
I am surprised that this is still up here. This is a well photographed place in the Canadian Rockies.
I have made it easy by not asking for the name of the mountain in the back ground. Keep in mind that there two main areas in the park system in our Rockies, this is in one of them.

I will do one more hint then there will have to be some very hard thinking to decide if this image is a bust.

Hint: This waterfall is in the Jasper Area of the mountain parks.

The next pix (If necessary.) will be a building, fair warning.

Is it the Athabasca waterfall in Jasper National Park on the upper Athabasca River, approximately 30 kilometers south of the townsite of Jasper, and just west of the Icefields Parkway?
