I haven't been running Seti for the last 5 or 6 weeks (Been over at the LHC Site instead... :)...) but anyway when I left there was a 50 per day Host limit, what is the limit now per Host & Client.

I ask about the Client because I saw some mention of it but can't find it again in somebodys Post ... ???

1 of my cumputers is saying I've exceeded my daily limit when I haven't downloaded anything to it yet ... :(

AFAIK the limit is still 50 per day per computer...

Since you're hiding your computers, it's impossible to see if you've got assigned 50 wu today or not, and if example they're marked as download-errors or not...

After upgrading to 4.07 on my P4 3.2, the system hit its daily quota after downloading only 30 WU's. I did ask in another thread if the quota has been changed but but didn't get a reply.

Anybody else noticed a change in the daily quota limits? Has the 50 WU per machine per day limit been changed?

Looks on host 214283, got assigned 50 wu 5. November...
Got assigned 40 wu 6. November.

It's possible not all wu was successfully downloaded for various reasons, but from the BOINC-servers point of view you've got your daily quota.

I STILL cannot get any WUs! Constantly says: "Last RPC too recent: 256 sec". Funny that I get the same time frame at every manual update!

@ Brent

Possibly try un-installing BOINC & re-installing it again with the 4.13 client ... Don't delete the directory files left from the un-install ... You will have to re-attach to the Seti Project again I think ... Also you will have to go into your account and merge your computers because of the re-attach with them ...

If that don't work then un-install it again and delete the Program Directory Files left behind from the un-install (Just delete the whole BIONC Folder from the Program Files Directory) and then re-install BOINC again & see what happens ... You should be able to get work units, I downloaded work units to 6 computers in the last few hours so there is work available to download ... Good Luck

I was experiencing this problem

Message from server: No work available (daily quota exceeded)

This started shortly after I upgraded to the 4.13 client. After a quick key-word search I found a post stating that this problem may be resolved by detaching the project and then attaching the project. This immediately worked for me.

FYI for anyone interested: This only happened on one of my Linux boxes (windows systems and other Linux boxes were unaffected). I also tried stopping, starting, resetting. Only detaching and re-attaching the project yielded results.

The minimum time between RPC (Remote Proceedure Call) is 10 minutes (600 seconds) for S@H.
