EVEN GREATER NEWS!!!

Suz will have outpatient Gall Bladder removal surgery Monday 4/25. If all goes well she'll be home and resting by 4pm. She'll be off work another week and back at work the following Monday.

Nice! Raising hell sure sped that up! I am very happy to hear this. May she have a quick surgery and a quicker healing time.

She's in my prayers :)

And..so are you, friend.

Friends...

You all know my wife had emergency surgery earlier this month. Well she has continued to have complications and now we are facing possible Liver or Gall Bladder issues with another imminent surgery. If its the Gall Bladder, surgery will correct it...I don't know what happens if it's not.

Please bear with me during this time...fact is I'm scared for my wife.

KB7RZF and Mike-thx for the notes.

Great news Blurf. My middle sister had her gall bladder out last year, and her recovery schedule pretty well matched what you said. She feels much better these days, and I hope the same for Suzette.

Suz had surgery at 9:30am today...took approximately an hour. We got home @ 1:15pm. She really feels pretty good and she's eaten a couple jello cups already.

Plan is for a full family nap shortly.

Went to Suz's appt today and she is cleared to go back to work Monday. Although still easily fatigued, the worry of the pain is gone and she's eating pretty normally already.

Before I request to lock this thread, I want to thank all of you very very much for the thoughts and prayers. Although the final resolution was pretty easily resolved, the journey to that point was full of frustration.

Thank you from Suzette and myself.

Sounds to me like you two are tough stuff. Around here we love a good story, with a happy ending. We can only hope that our prayers have had some good effect on you and Suz.

Blurf and I were not telling 'stories'.....

There is little amusement for a 'good story' around here.

I know you are a good soul.

We both were hurting and asked for help.

Maybe I misinterpreted your remarks.
