If i get this right, there is a new version of the seti software, are there any plans for a new unified installer (maybe 0.38)?

The Lunatics software isn't officially supported here on the SETI forums. You should probably ask on their forums instead.

(But to answer your question, Jason G stated over in Number Crunching that they are indeed working on a newer installer which will include packaging the ATi GPU app and possibly some minor improvements to the other apps.)
