Well, I passed the 10 million mark today (according to the BOINC project page on this computer, BOINCstats will have to catch up soon), and looking back, things sure have changed since I started. For me personally, more hosts, less hosts, running some at work, some at other family members, and an (pending for the time being) farm that just needs some time and attn to get up and running. All in all, it's been a fun run, looking forward to the next 10 mil, and I am pretty certain it won't take another 12 years to reach it! :)

Congratulations.

But did you notice that the thread SETI/BOINC Milestones [ v2.0 ] - XXII is specifically available for this kind of post?

Nice job, I don't think the occasional stray post is all that bad. Keeps spirits up seeing people get excited!

You betcha! I am waiting on water cooling parts I ordered to get my latest creation up and running, the x58 w/4 295 Hydros on it. Assuming they all work (got them used off of fleabay, so one never knows) and the system goes together & runs like it should, this will def help propel me well on my way to that next level! :D

Thanks for the support guys, it helps keep it fun, and there's always someone willing to help when things don't work quite as expected, which is always appreciated. Happy Crunching!
