Dear team, i have the follwoing problem: There is an existing boinc account that has already my classic SETI@home workunits added to it. its this one http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/show_user.php?userid=276297 however, i cant access this "old" boinc account, i have no clue about the email adress i used these days. tried several already from the former university times i was at during this accounts creation. but nothing worked. My actual new account on boinc is this one: http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/show_user.php?userid=8270051 how can i transfer my workunits from the old 276297 account to my new one? - i even have some old user info from the classical system, in order to authenticitate: type=user info id=1077562 key=1383481847 email_addr= name=Hellspawn url= country= postal_code= show_name=no show_email=no venue=0 register_time= 2451415.94399 (Wed Aug 25 10:39:20 1999) last_wu_time= 2451695.04630 (Tue May 30 13:06:40 2000) last_result_time= 2453230.20837 (Thu Aug 12 17:00:03 2004) nwus=55 nresults=822 total_cpu=32531700.216952 params_index=0 -- Hope for any help here. Dear team, Don't expect the SETI team to respond here. We are all volunteers as you are (unless you see that as team :-). how can i transfer my workunits from the old 276297 account to my new one? You can't. There's no way to achieve that. i even have some old user info from the classical system, in order to authenticitate... The only info that would help is the <authenticator> from the account_setiathome.berkeley.edu.xml file in the BOINC directory from back when. Gruß, Gundolf Computer sind nicht alles im Leben. Do you perchance have a backup disk of the BOINC install on the old comuter (or even the old computer taking up space in an attic?) BOINC WIKI |
