Ladies & gentlemen,
I am getting back in and reloaded seti@home but the program says it is "unable to connect" to the always on wireless router. The has the ISP's correct user name and pw. I would appreciate a refresher on how to configure the connections function.

There are many types of "unable to connect" messages.
Where do you see the message and what is the message exactly?
