Greetings,
Congratulations to all milestoners! :)
Just this morning, I realized that come May 4th, one year will have past since my i7 went online. Looking at my stats, my i7 has done 900+K in just under that year. The other 1+ mil was done by a various number of PCs since I started BOINCing in 04. Amazing how technology has advanced in just under 7 years.
Now I'm thinking that had SETI not had the server problems it had and I did not have the problems I was having while running WinXP on the i7, chances are that the i7 could have had a million+ credits under its belt by now. Still, all in all, I'm impressed.
And with that, I believe I will kick this thing into high gear and run on all eight cylinders (cores). Here goes... :)
Keep on BOINCing...!

1.11 million all-Seti kibbles have the kitties today.
Much kibble.
Congrats to ALL who have posted milestones.
Mine do not belittle yours, my friends.
You all have your own milestones, and the are just as valid and exciting to you as mine are.
You all keep crunching, eh?
Best Regards from the kitty crew.

Just went past the 4,000,000 credit mark. I've never joined a team, been with SETI since 2002 doing Classic workunits and moved on to BOINC when it seemed feasible and stable enough.
I am 608 out of 69315 in Canada
I've been crunching all these credits in chronological order with:
Pentium 4 2.8GHz (XP SP2, last contact Feb 2007)
150,000
Earliest crunching machine, can't remember if optimized applications existed then. Not the first machine I crunched SETI Classic with, it was a Pentium III 800MHz, but the quickest one!
Pentium 4 3.0GHz (XP SP3, still crunching)
660,000
This is my Mom's computer so it's been quite easy to keep BOINC updated along with the optimized application. No CUDA support! She's also thinking of upgrading. I'd love to get a CUDA GPU in there, but honestly, the new Sandy Bridge integrated graphics are decent enough and it would only add fan noise.
Core 2 Duo E6600 (XP SP3, last contact Jan 2010)
1,600,000
This is similar to my current machine before a small upgrade. I was running it without a CUDA supported graphics card (passive GeForce 7600GT).
Core 2 Duo E6600 (Windows 7 SP1, still crunching)
1,600,000
This is my current machine. GPU has been replaced with a GeForce GT 240 so I can run the CUDA application.
